How can I return my order?

Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount and correspond to the shipping costs for shipping to your region. Free return shipping is not possible, even if the outbound shipping was free.

Please return the item complete, in its original condition, including all original packaging and all included components (e.g., jewelry box, case, certificate, and accessories).

The return label will be provided by email and can be shown as a QR code at a DHL branch/parcel shop, where the label will be printed directly, or printed out yourself with a printer and affixed to the package. For returns from outside the EU, we cannot guarantee that the QR code function is available.
