Shipping policy

We ship your jewelry directly from Germany. Orders placed before 5 PM (Mon.–Fri.) will typically be dispatched on the same business day.

Shipping is exclusively via DHL with tracking included. After your order, you will first receive an order confirmation by email. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the DHL tracking number so you can track your shipment at any time.

To ensure your jewelry arrives safely, every order is carefully and multiply protected during packaging — keeping your jewelry as safe as possible throughout the entire shipping process.

🇨🇭 Switzerland €19.49 = CHF 18.06 / 3–7 business days Additional import charges may apply (e.g. customs duties or Swiss VAT).
For deliveries to Switzerland, additional import charges (e.g. customs duties or Swiss VAT) may apply. These costs are to be borne by the buyer.
