Since August 12, 2026, new EU regulations for packaging have been in effect, which means shipping to some EU countries entails additional requirements for us as a small business.

Depending on the country, we have to comply with specific packaging and licensing obligations for packaging for shipping. In some countries, this requires a person living there who can represent us as an authorized representative for these obligations.

And that's exactly where you could help us.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals residing in EU countries to which we do not currently ship, who would like to support us with the necessary packaging and licensing registrations there.

You do not have to store or ship any packages for us. Depending on the country, the main task is to register Moissanite Mode locally with the responsible shipping or packaging registry and to conclude the necessary contract for licensing our shipping packaging on our behalf.

How does it all work?

The exact process varies by country. Essentially, it involves a person being required in the respective country who can represent us with an appropriate power of attorney regarding the necessary shipping and packaging obligations.

We will issue you a power of attorney for this. Depending on the country, this may need to be notarized and then submitted to the responsible authority.

After successful registration, we or you will receive the necessary confirmations and, if applicable, a registration number for our company.

Subsequently, depending on the country, the necessary participation in a packaging or disposal system can be concluded.

After that, the biggest part is done. Depending on the country, regular or annual reports of packaging quantities may still be required.

This may sound like a lot at first, but in practice, it's usually just a small organizational process. We will explain each step to you in detail and take care of it together.

In short:

You will receive a power of attorney from us, with which you can conclude a necessary contract with a packaging or licensing system in your country on our behalf. Depending on the country, a person residing there is required for this.

Of course, we will cover all incurred costs and explain exactly what is required in your country.

We are initially collecting non-binding contacts in various EU countries.

If we later find that there is enough interest from your country and shipping is worthwhile for us, we would be very happy to get in touch with you and discuss everything else together.

This could be soon, or it could be after some time. And if we find that shipping to your country is unfortunately not worthwhile for us, it is also possible that we may not need your help after all.
