Orders can be cancelled within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please return the item in full, in its original condition, and including all original packaging and all components supplied (e.g., jewelry box, case, certificate, and accessories). This allows for quick and smooth processing of the return.

After approval of the return, you will receive a DHL return label as a QR code. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs for the return label will be deducted from the refund amount: 6.20€ within Germany and 14.49€ in other EU countries. Free return shipping is not included, even if you benefited from free shipping. The return label will be provided by email as a QR code. This can be presented at a DHL branch or a DHL parcel shop, where the return label will be printed directly, affixed to the package, and the return will be dispatched.

Important: Please remove any old shipping labels or completely cover them with the new return label to avoid any delays in delivery.
