Refund policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of cancellation in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

If you use this online option, we will send you immediate confirmation of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information about the content of your cancellation notice as well as the date and time of receipt.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling the goods that was not necessary to check their condition, properties, and functionality.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Cancellation

The right of cancellation does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods whose price depends on fluctuations in the financial market which cannot be controlled by the entrepreneur and which may occur within the cancellation period.

General Information

Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components included. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure that suitable packaging provides sufficient protection against transport damage.
Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
Please note that the above points 1–2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of your right of cancellation.
